I found the room quite warm and cute upon arrival. The hospitality tray was well stocked with various items. I also appreciated the comfortable bed which ensured a good night's sleep .
The limited half-hour breakfast service presented a slight scheduling challenge for me. I believe a longer breakfast window would better accommodate varied guest schedules. This small adjustment would notably improve the overall experience.

Excellent Stay!
pleasant host delicious breakfast parking permit
The hosts were pleasant. They met every need with a smile! Breakfast was delicious. I asked for specific items, and they were happy to accommodate. The guesthouse is a short walk from the esplanade, easy to access the beach. I received a parking permit. This.
The water pressure was somewhat low. This was a minor inconvenience.

Mark greeted me with a smile and helped me carry my suitcase. Wendy offered sandwiches for our journey home. The hosts double-checked if we had specific dietary needs.

The room was a good size and included a wardrobe and bedside cupboards with lamps. There was also a fan, hairdryer, tea, coffee, biscuits and a fridge in the room. The bed linen was very comfortable!

wendy and mark were very cute. the room was very clean. it was also comfortable.
the wifi did not work in the bedroom! the water pressure was poor. both occurred, because it was on the third floor. the third floor was also not easy.

The location was central to all facilities! the town and promenade were easily accessible. my room was very spacious. It had everything i needed.
The wifi did not work in the bedroom, and the water pressure was poor. the water issue was because i was on the 3rd floor. That was not easy.
